The Monetary Authority of Singapore's Guidelines to MAS Notice PSN02 (last revised 1 July 2025) list customers' use of mixers, tumblers or other anonymity-enhancing technologies as a risk factor and say anonymising features such as tumblers, mixers and privacy coins should at minimum be treated as indicators of higher-risk transactions. MAS Notice PSN02 (last revised 30 June 2025) requires licensed digital payment token service providers to pay special attention to technologies that favour anonymity and forbids anonymous accounts, but neither document prohibits privacy coins or mixers. Singapore exchange listings were not checked for this update.

Ownership proof
MAS Notice PSN02's travel rule covers value transfers between ordering and beneficiary institutions; for transfers to or from other wallets, including customers' personal wallets, MAS expects enhanced risk mitigation, which can include having the customer demonstrate control by sending an amount the provider specifies.
Paragraph 13-7 of the Guidelines to MAS Notice PSN02 (last revised 1 July 2025) says paragraph 13 of the Notice does not apply to transfers to or from persons who are not ordering or beneficiary institutions, but that under paragraph 6.27 of the Notice providers should treat such transfers as potentially higher risk and apply enhanced measures, which could include requiring the customer to demonstrate control over its own personal wallet by transferring an amount the provider specifies, verifying third parties, establishing beneficial owners and enhanced screening and monitoring. The Notice itself (dated 2 April 2024, last revised 30 June 2025) sets the travel rule tiers for transfers at or below and above SGD 1,500. In practice, the custodian Hex Trust's Singapore help page requires all inbound transfers to be declared and makes a Satoshi test mandatory for self-hosted wallet deposits above SGD 1,500. When paragraph 13-7 first appeared was not checked, so no start date is given.
Privacy coins and wallets: MAS guidelines say anonymising features such as tumblers, mixers and privacy coins should at minimum be treated as indicators of higher-risk transactions (paragraph II-2-7), without prohibiting them.

Exchanges and their restrictions
The 14 exchanges on this site, with the 32 spot markets they list for the seven coins, as checked on 13 Oct 2026. The exchange data records where each listing is restricted as text, so this page quotes each passage that names Singapore, and marks the cells it comes from. An exchange with no such passage has no restriction for Singapore on record here, which does not mean that it is licensed there or open to its residents. A listing is not an endorsement.

Self-hosted wallets for the seven coins
The nine wallets on the Wallets page that hold at least one of the seven coins, with the coins and platforms each supports. The wallet data does not record where each wallet is offered, so this list is the same on every country page, and Singapore's own rules, set out above, apply to their use. A listing is not an endorsement.
